This article aims to analyze the stories included in the classroom as a methodological resource for arts education through a workshop on this subject in a state school in Uberlândia, with a class of fourth-grade. The present paper was to analyze the comic end graphic productions developed during this workshop, which required the authors of literature that theoretically could support the development of this work. As a methodology, the research is characterized as qualitative, with an ethnographic approach, because the object placed in this research study began in the classroom in the school, which collected data were obtained in this study environment with the direct contact of researcher and the students involved in the workshop. In addition to instigate better understand the image and text, may be a source of attraction for the child's imagination during his creative process in the classroom teaching of art, this study sought to emphasize the artistic expression and media as methodological resource for teaching art to verify not only questions of your graphic structure, but also that were related to various methodological resources of which the teacher can have on hand to work with quality in the school and academic.
