资源简介:
This project investigates the molecular programs associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and insulin resistance, and evaluates the effect of mild heat treatment (MHT). Ovarian tissue was collected from a dehydroepiandrosterone-induced rat PCOS model with or without MHT, together with matched controls. Bulk RNA-seq was performed to profile transcriptome-wide changes and to identify pathways related to insulin and glucose metabolism, inflammation, and PI3K/Akt signaling that are altered in the PCOS model and modulated after MHT. The resulting dataset provides gene expression profiles for comparative analysis across experimental groups and supports downstream pathway enrichment and mechanistic interpretation.
