RSV Lab CLSI M100 2024 Breakpoint Reference Table — 14 Species, 50 Antibiotics
收藏资源简介:
Abstract:This table encodes antimicrobial susceptibility breakpoints from CLSI M100, 34th edition (2024), across 207 species-antibiotic combinations spanning 14 clinically relevant bacterial species and 50 antibiotics. Each row gives both MIC-based and disk-diffusion-based susceptible and resistant thresholds, the corresponding disk potency, and a notes field for method-specific caveats, including combinations where disk diffusion is not CLSI-recommended. It's built for programmatic joins against clinical AST results on species and antibiotic name, automating S/I/R interpretation in place of manual breakpoint lookup. Data structure (CSV, UTF-8, 207 rows plus header):Pathogens_spp — string — bacterial species, 14 valuesAntibiotics — string — antibiotic name, 50 valuesDisk_name — string — standard disk abbreviationDisk_value_µg — numeric — disk potency, µgMIC_S_max — numeric — upper MIC bound for susceptibleMIC_R_min — numeric — lower MIC bound for resistantZone_S_min — numeric — lower zone-diameter bound for susceptible, mmZone_R_max — numeric — upper zone-diameter bound for resistant, mmNote — string — CLSI edition tag and method-specific caveats Keywords:CLSI M100, breakpoint table, antimicrobial susceptibility, interpretive criteria, resistance classification
