This study performed two-factor experiments on low-pathogenicity (JS) soil and high-pathogenicity (GX) soil respectively. For JS soil, the two factors were soil sterilization (sterilized vs. unsterilized) and Ralstonia inoculation (inoculated vs. uninoculated). For GX soil, the two factors included three soil treatments (normal, inoculated with JS soil enriched LA-degrading community, and inoculated with synthetic LA-degrading community) combined with Ralstonia inoculation (inoculated vs. uninoculated). Bacterial 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing was conducted using tomato rhizosphere soil samples from all treatments.
