Proteomics analysis of the alcohol metabolism of the sulfate reducer Desulfofundulus kuznetsovii TPOSR

This study was conducted to investigate the enzymes involved in the metabolism of methanol in the sulfate reducer D. kuznetsovii in presence and absence of cobalt and vitamin B12. Protein abundance with lactate was measured as control.
