This dataset is developed based on historical glacial lake disaster records, and utilizes medium-to-high resolution remote sensing satellite imagery from Landsat, Sentinel, Planet and other satellite series. It validates the authenticity and reliability of the historical glacial lake disaster records in the study area by referencing features including glacial lake area, lacustrine sediments, breach points, residual dams, flood scouring and sediment accumulation.
