Supplementary Table S3. from Timing of organogenesis underscores the evolution of neonatal life histories and powered flight in bats

Reconstructed ancestral states of the appearance timing of all SES characters in each node based on the ‘Pegasoferae’ phylogeny. The illustrated clade includes the following nine nodes: Tetrapoda, Amniota, Mammalia, Theria, Placentalia, Boreoeutheria, Laurasiatheria, Pegasoferae, and Chiroptera. All values were obtained from the heterochronic analyses with PDAP module in Mesquite.
