Our previous studies revealed that exogenous administration of TSG-6 can ameliorate liver fibrosis. We next analyzed liver transcriptome changes after TSG-6 treatment in order to explore possible therapeutic changes. Recombinant TSG-6 protein was given intravenously to the fibrotic mice and PBS was served as control. Three mice were used in each group. Two weeks later, mice liver RNA was extracted separately and then mixed equally. After that the RNA was labeled and hybridized to Agilent.
