Oral microbiome change in Obese following bariatric surgery

Oral microbiome of control and obese group was sampled. In obese group, subjects were divided into two groups; (1) Follow up without any surgical treatment, (2) Bariatric treatment. Follow up samples were collected on 1 mo, 3 mo and 6 mo after treatment for oral microbiome analysis. Saliva, buccal swab and subgingival plaque was collected.
