Purpose: To assess global changes of fusarium graminearum gene expressional responses to different nitrogen source and gene expression changes after removal different histone methylation hallmarks. Methods: For RNA seq of fusarium, three biological replicates of hyphae after 48/72 hours cultured were sequenced. Results: For each sample, 5.83-8.31G RNA-seq clean reads were obtained mapped to the Fusarium graminearum genome sequence. Overall design: Three biological replicates of wild type and knock out mutants after 48/72 hours cultured in different medium were sequenced using Illumina Hiseq-PE150 Sequencing System.
