Food Safety Knowledge Attitudes and Practices (KAP)

Fish value chain actors' KAP data were collected from July to September 2023. A total of 1140 individuals participated in the KAP survey, of which 240 were fish producers, 300 were respondents involved in fish trading, and 600 were fish consumers. Producers' data were collected from four districts (Mymensingh, Bogura, Jashore, and Rajshahi), and fish traders' and consumers' KAP data were collected from two additional districts (Dhaka & Chattogram), including the four districts mentioned earlier. The five-point Likert scale was used to design the KAP survey questionnaire.
