RNA-sequencing of two Salmonella Enterica strains (4/74, D23580) under in vitro growth conditions (EEP, MEP, LEP, ESP, LSP, 25ºC, NaCl, bile shock, low Fe2+ shock, anaerobic shock, anaerobic growth, oxygen shock, NonSPI2, InSPI2, peroxide shock, and nitric oxide shock) and murine RAW264.7 macrophages. For 4/74, three biological replicates in ESP, anaerobic growth, NonSPI2, InSPI2, and macrophages; for D23580, three biological replicates in ESP, anaerobic growth, NonSPI2, InSPI2, and macrophages. The EEP, MEP, LEP, LSP, 25ºC, NaCl, bile shock, low Fe2+ shock, anaerobic shock, anaerobic growth, oxygen shock, NonSPI2, peroxide shock, and nitric oxide shock conditions were not replicated. There were two biological replicates of D23580 ΔpBT1 in ESP.
