Arabidopsis seedling hydroponic treatment with Gaultheria procumbens essential oil (thale cress)

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of Gaultheria procumbens essential oil on the Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome (Col-0). Overall design: A total of 9 samples (GAULTH) were analysed comprising 3 biological replicates for each of the 3 timepoints of the kinetic (1 hour: 1HR, 6 hour: 6HR, 24 hour: 24H).
