Dataset for "An XR-Based Multisensory Feedback System for Real-Time Sprint Technique Optimization in Track Athletes"

This repository contains the dataset associated with the manuscript “An XR-Based Multisensory Feedback System for Real-Time Sprint Technique Optimization in Track Athletes.” The dataset includes anonymized group-level and/or participant-level data used for the analysis of sprint performance, biomechanical variables, neuromuscular coordination, neural efficiency indicators, and retention outcomes across the 16-week randomized intervention. The study compared XR-based multisensory feedback, video-based feedback, and conventional training conditions in national-level sprint athletes. These materials are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the reported findings.
