Global Distribution and Dynamics of Bedrock Water Usage by Woody Vegetation This repository contains scripts and data related to the study of Global Distribution and Dynamics of Bedrock Water Usage by Woody Vegetation. The codebase includes scripts for the conservative water balance method and most associated visualization scripts. Code Structure Conservative Water Balance Method The conservative water balance method is implemented in scripts that consist of three main components: Data Preprocessing Method Calculation Data Postprocessing Note: Due to limited data storage, the data required for the data preprocessing process is not provided. Therefore, the data preprocessing code is for reference only and cannot be executed. Visualization Scripts The visualization codebase consists of 14 scripts, each corresponding to a specific type of data analysis and its associated visualization chart. Most script is typically divided into two parts: Data Export/Processing Plotting Each `.ipynb` file contains the necessary code to generate the corresponding visualization. Note: Some visualization scripts rely on raw data that, due to limited storage, has not been uploaded. These scripts are provided for reference only and cannot be executed directly. The affected scripts are: - `draw_part11.ipynb` - `draw_part14.ipynb` Provided Data Data required for the conservative water balance method calculations and the resulting output data.
