To investigate changes in the elongating form of RNA Polymerase II across different conditions, we peformed ChIP-seq using antibody against the Ser2P RNAPII of pTEFb in K562 cells at 4 days after modified allele expression We then performed coverage plot analyses using data obtained from ChIP-seq from IP and Input fractions to investigate Ser2P RNAPII distribution changes Overall design: ChIP-seq against Ser2P RNAPII in K562 cells across different conditions at 4 days post doxycycline induction The IP files and their corresponding input files were used to generate a common *.bw (bigwig) file. Please note that processed data files assocaited with multiple samples are linked to the Series records and indicated in the corresponding sample description field.
