This project includes raw whole-genome sequencing data (FASTQ format) from clinical isolates of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter cloacae complex, recovered from routine samples between 2018 and 2022. The aim of the sequencing was to assess genetic relatedness between isolates and to support evaluation of Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (IR Biotyper) as a rapid typing tool. The data were used for core genome SNP analysis, sequence type assignment (MLST), and outbreak investigation, but no complete genome reconstruction was performed.
