Transcriptome of photoautotrophic and heterotrophic Rhodopseudomonas palustris CGA009

To understand the differences of gene expression in Rhodopseudomonas palustrs CGA009 under photoautotrophic and photoheterotrophic conditions. The samples for each culture condition were taken during the log-phase at roughly 0.55 to 0.6 OD650nm. Reverse transcription and DNA sequencing (Illumina) were conducted by Welgene Biotech Co., Ltd. (Taipei, Taiwan).
