Contains the multi-sheet numerical workbook (Dataset_S1.xlsx, 34 sheets), flat TSV table exports, Prism 11 figure-input files, four-peptide experimental IC50 data with supplier COA records, 43 per-trajectory analysis checkpoints, E1/E2/footprint results, frozen production source code, configuration snapshots, the accepted CHARMM36m receptor structure, historical docking conformers, and figure artwork (main and supplementary).
