Transcriptional comparison of human dendritic cells and monocyte in humanized mice

This RNA-seq data contains gene expression profiles of human dendritic cell subsets and monocytes from humanized NOJ mice, which were subjected to the in vivo transfection with human FLT3L and GM-CSF genes. Each cell subset was isolated from pooled splenocytes derived from humanized NOJ mice of the same hematopoietic stem cell donor.
