Extremely high excitonic g-factors in 2D crystals by alloy-induced admixing of band states

The available data include magneto-optical spectroscopy measurements used to extract the composition-dependent excitonic g-factors in MoxW1−xSe2 monolayers encapsualted in hexagonal boron nitride. We also provide band-structure calculations performed by DFT that support the interpretation of the experimental results and reveal the alloy-induced modifications of the electronic structure.
