Rhizosphere soil of greenhouse-grown Chili pepper Raw sequence reads

The goal of this BioProject is to investigate how yeast derivatives affects the soil prokaryotic community in chili pepper growth. We collected soil 18 samples from Rhizosphere soil of greenhouse-grown Chili pepper under normal or low-temperature, treated with or without yeast derivatives experimental conditions. Using Illumina-based 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing , we will analyze changes in community composition, diversity, and identify taxa correlated with soil health indicators. The data will provide insights into sustainable agricultural management.
