This file is the Matlab data format. There have four data groups named comparison_12to15, comparison_15to18, Storm, and Validation.In comparison_12to15, there have three data groups named GIS, Abel, and Aided. In GIS, there have Lon and Lat matrix for GIS longitude and latitude, Alt500, Alt400, Alt300, Alt200 are GIS Ne data groups at 500, 400, 300, 200 km altitude, LT12to13, LT13to14, LT14to15 are GIS Ne matrix from12:00 to 13:00 LT, 13:00 to 14:00 LT, 14:00 to 15:00 LT, from Sep.14 to Oct.16 2019. In Abel, Alt500, Alt400, Alt300, Alt200 are Abel Ne data groups at 500, 400, 300, 200 km altitude, each data group have Ne for Abel electron density, Lon for Longitude, Lat for Latitude located near the corresponding altitude from12:00 to 15:00 LT, from Sep.14 to Oct.16 2019. In Aided, Alt500, Alt400, Alt300, Alt200 are Ne-aided Abel Ne data groups at 500, 400, 300, 200 km altitude, each data group have Ne for Ne-aided Abel electron density, Lon for Longitude, Lat for Latitude located near the corresponding altitude from12:00 to 15:00 LT, from Sep.14 to Oct.16 2019.In comparison_15to18, there have three data groups named GIS, Abel, and Aided. In GIS, there have Lon and Lat matrix for GIS longitude and latitude, Alt500, Alt400, Alt300, Alt200 are GIS Ne data groups at 500, 400, 300, 200 km altitude, LT15to16, LT16to17, LT17to18 are GIS Ne matrix from15:00 to 16:00 LT, 16:00 to 17:00 LT, 17:00 to 18:00 LT, from Sep.14 to Oct.16 2019. In GIS, there have Lon and Lat matrix for GIS longitude and latitude. Sep_00UT, Sep27_12UT, Sep28_00UT, Sep28_12UT are data groups at 00 and 12 UT on Sep 27 and 28. In each data groups, GIS400km and GIS300km are GIS Ne matrix at 300 and 400 km altitude; Abel300km and Abel400km have Ne for Abel electron density, Lon for Longitude, Lat for Latitude near the 300 km and 400 km altitude; Aided300km and Aided400km have Ne for Ne-aided Abel electron density, Lon for Longitude, Lat for Latitude near the 300 km and 400 km altitude.In Validation, there have eight station data groups named AS00Q, GR13L, GU513, JI91J, LL721, LM42B, MHJ45, SMK29. Each data groups have Lon, Lat, Digisonde, GIS, and Abel. Lon is for station Longitude and Lat is for station Latitude. In Digisonde, DOY is day of year, Hour is UTC, NmF2 is Digisonde NmF2, and hmF2 is Digisonde hmF2. In GIS, DOY is day of year, Hour is UTC, NmF2 is GIS NmF2, and hmF2 is GIS hmF2. In Abel, DOY is day of year, Hour is UTC, NmF2 is Abel NmF2, and hmF2 is Abel hmF2.variables
