Precipitation Effectiveness Data & Code

These files contain data from each individual precipitation event observed at three stations in Illinois: CMI (Champaign), MON (Monmouth), and SIU (Carbondale). The data include: total precipitation (Ptot, mm), average precipitation intensity (pi, mm), initial soil moisture (SMinit, mm), maximum soil moisture resulting from the event (SMmax, mm) change in soil moisture (infiltraiton, mm) the start and end dates of the precipitation event, in year-month-day the antecedent precipitation index (API)
