To investigate the cooperative function DNMTs in the maintenance of DNA methylation at the ICRs, we established mutant ES clones lacking three major DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs). Overall design: We performed WGBS for a series of D1911 mouse embryonic stem cells: wildtype (WT),DNMT1 knockout,UHRF1 knockout, DNMT3A and DNMT3B double knockout (DKO), DNMT triple knockout (TKO), We perform WGS with the 129SvEv maouse tail DNA.
