Replication Data for a Manuscript on Environmental Governance in an Authoritarian Context

This dataset provides the supplementary materials for a manuscript currently under blind peer review. The materials comprise four files: (1) a coding framework operationalizing the four legal-institutional dimensions used for doctrinal-textual analysis of DPRK statutory provisions; (2) a bounded comparative matrix juxtaposing DPRK and PRC environmental governance instruments; (3) a list of legal materials consulted during the research, with tiering between direct-analysis and contextual sources; and (4) a translation glossary for specialized Korean legal and ideological terminology.
