Normal human urothelial cells infected with BK polyomavirus (BKPyV) in the presence or absence of interferon gamma (IFNg)

mRNAseq data for differentiated and mitotically-quiescent Normal Human Urothelial (NHU) cells at 14 days post infection (dpi) with BKPyV NHU cells from seven independent donors were differentiated (according to PMID: 15784840) and infected with BKPyV (Dunlop strain) at a multiplicity of infection of 1. RNA was collected in Trizol reagent at 14dpi. In some cultures, at 7dpi 200U/mL IFNg was added for the 7-14dpi culture period.
