Spatiotemporal Patterns of Airborne Microbial Communities in Forest and Grassland Ecosystems

This project investigates how airborne microbial communities vary across space and time by sampling at different heights, months, and times of day in forest and grassland ecosystems in Colorado. By analyzing air samples and weather data collected during the 2023 growing season, this study aims to better understand the movement and composition of airborne microbes that play key roles in plant and human health.
