IRASF11119+3257 is an Ultra Luminous Infrared Galaxy openParULIRGclosePar with post merger morphology comma hosting a type-1 QSO openParLX 10elev44 erg-s at z=0.189closePar with a persistent UFO openParv 0.25cclosePar observed with both NuSTAR and Suzaku. It is also the first system in which it was possible to connect the nuclear outflow with a galaxy-scale molecular outflow comma observed in OH and CO transitions. Despite its exceptional properties comma the source was never observed with XMM-Newton. We request a 110ks XMM-Newton observation to study in detail the nuclear outflow properties and energetics. We also request 53 ks of simultaneous NuSTAR observation comma which is crucial in order to constrain the blue wing of the UFO comma and the absorption edges and continuum above 10 keV.
