We would like to deep target sequence mouse oesophageal epithelial tumours, and areas surrounding these tumours, generated using a chemical carcinogenesis protocol (DEN and DEN+SOR). The background is C57Bl/6. These samples are in triplicates and have already been whole exome sequenced. We have samples per animal and we have liver and ear DNA samples as a controls for every animal which should function as a reference genome.
