We isolated, purified, and characterized phages against drug-resistant bacteria. Whole genome sequencing of isolated phages was conducted and analyzed to understand phage-bacteria interaction and drug resistance. The ultimate goal is to develop a phage cocktail against drug-resistant bacteria.
