This study aims to elucidate the oncogenic role and molecular mechanism of the phospholipid metabolism enzyme AGPAT1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This dataset contains a summary of all raw experimental data supporting the conclusions of the associated manuscript, including:Clinical Sample Information: Correlation data between clinicopathological characteristics (gender, age, stage, grade, etc.) of 92 HNSCC patients and AGPAT1 mRNA expression (qPCR, n=70) and protein expression (IHC, n=80).Cell Functional Assay Data: Raw measurements of the effects of AGPAT1 knockdown and overexpression on the proliferation (CCK-8) and apoptosis (flow cytometry) of HNSCC cells (e.g., TU686).Molecular Mechanism Experiment Data:Western Blot: Grayscale values for protein expression of AGPAT1, PA/PC metabolites, key Hippo pathway proteins (LATS1, YAP1) and their phosphorylated forms.Co-IP Assay: Raw binding intensity data verifying the effect of PC treatment on the interaction between YAP1 and nuclear transport proteins Importin α/β.qPCR: Relative mRNA expression levels of YAP1 downstream target genes (CTGF, BIRC5, CYR61).Animal Experiment Data: Dynamic measurements of tumor volume and weight, as well as intratumoral molecular marker data from a subcutaneous xenograft mouse model with three groups: sh-AGPAT1, sh-AGPAT1 + PA/PC, and sh-AGPAT1 + OE-YAP1.The data is organized in structured tables (e.g., Excel) for easy re-analysis and verification. This dataset provides comprehensive raw data supporting the hypothesis of the “AGPAT1-PA/PC-YAP1 signaling axis driving HNSCC progression.”
