egePan GP survey: A questionnaire to assess the experiences of German healthcare professionals and stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic

This repository contains the questionnaires used in the German egePan survey, targeting general practitioners, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, hospital medical directors, local health departments, rescue coordination centers, medical directors of emergency services, outpatient nursing services, nursing homes, community care access centers, and hospital nursing managers. The survey aims to assess the experiences of these healthcare professionals and stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on new healthcare services and communication channels. Its primary objective is to provide an overview of these services and offer recommendations for their feasibility. Additionally, the survey explores the most frequently used communication channels and the state of digital communication. Originally formulated in German, the questionnaire has been translated into English to ensure broader accessibility.
