Functional characterization of the Differences Between Parotid and Submandibular Salivary Glands

We applied both single cell and bulk RNA-sequencing to characterize and identify uniqueness in gene expression of the mouse Parotid gland compared to other tissues including the submandibular gland Bulk RNA-seq本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-sequencing）与批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-sequencing）两种技术，对小鼠腮腺（Parotid gland）相较于包括下颌下腺（submandibular gland）在内的其他组织的基因表达特征进行表征，并鉴定其基因表达的独特性。
