To identify the interaction site of NUP98 with TBEV viral RNA in this study we performed cross-linking immunoprecipitation (CLIP) sequencing. We transfected NUP98-eGPF into HEK293T cells an infected them with TBEV. NUP98 was immunoprecipitated using GFP-trap beads and bound RNA was analysed by RNA-seq.
