The living room is unusually large and is divided into three sections by beams across the ceiling. The central part contains the entrance. One end adjoins the kitchen and is well lighted by a series of windows which are above table height, resulting in an ideal place to eat. The opposite end is designed with a recess large enough to acommodate a studio couch, flanked by two clothes closets, thus providing what amounts to an extra bed room. The three parts may be easily screened from each other by draps hung from the beams. Each part is adequately lighted. This house has a regular bed room and provision has been made for the future addition of another."
