Ship-borne aureolemeter data on the AGB Shirase in JARE62

A ship-borne aureolemter was installed on the AGB Shirase to measure the direct solar radiation and the sky radiance distribution in the near-ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared regions. Continuous observations have been carried out. From the obtained radiation data, we derive the aerosol optical thickness, which represents the total vertical column amount of atmospheric aerosol particles, the Angstrom exponent, the particle size distribution, and the single scattering albedo using an inversion algorithm.
