The MATLAB code and data for figures, tables, and results in the peer-reviewed paper "A deterministic model for understanding nonlinear viral dynamics in oysters" by Qubin Qin, Jian Shen, and Kimberly S. Reece, published in <i>Applied and Environmental Microbiology </i>in 2022. <br>Data sets of experimental results used in the example case studies are from published papers: the in-host dynamics of OsHV-1 in two oyster families are from Segarra et al.
