NRS-12490 | Photograph albums relating to Garden Island Graving Dock

These photographs were assembled in connection with the report submitted by the Committee appointed to enquire into the proposed Graving Dock, Sydney Harbour (known later as the Captain Cook Graving Dock). The photographs are mounted in albums, numbered, and given a brief description. They cover all aspects of the construction work of the dock. The Minutes of this Committee from 13 July 1940 to 9 December 1943 and an Index to these photographs are located at NRS 12601.
