Dataset: Double-helix optical point spread function enables real-time mesoscopic 3D functional microangiography in the living mouse brain and skull
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains example raw imaging data supporting the findings of the study: “Double-helix optical point spread function enables real-time mesoscopic 3D functional microangiography in the living mouse brain and skull”. Two representative datasets are provided: 1. Multifocal illumination dataset (DHPSF_LMI_1cycle_40x40.tif) Raw imaging data acquired during transcranial scanning of mouse cerebral vasculature using the multifocal illumination mode. These data illustrate the imaging performance of the system for large field-of-view vascular mapping through the intact skull. 2. Wide-field illumination dataset (DHPSF_WF_200Hz_0p52A@0000.tif) Raw time-lapse imaging data of cerebral microvasculature recorded through a cranial window under wide-field illumination at 200 Hz. This dataset demonstrates the capability of the system for high-speed dynamic vascular imaging. These datasets are provided as representative examples to facilitate understanding of the imaging workflow and reconstruction procedures described in the manuscript.
