In order to explore the mechanism of repigmentation after Autologous Cultured Epithelium Grafting treatment (ACEG) , single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed to observe the differences of cell composition in skin of vitiligo patient before and after ACEG treatment.Four different skin samples were obtained from the same patient, which were: 1) Donor skin: skin sample from the donor site which were used for the generation of skin sheets; 2) Skin sheets: autologous cultured epithelium derived from the donor skin; 3) Lesion skin: skin sample from skin lesions before transplantation; 4) Repigmentation Skin: skin sample from ACEG treated site 1 year after surgery.
