In this study, we sought to characterize the mechanism of action of the anti-virulence compound dephostatin. This sequencing experiment was undertaken after serial passage of Salmonella Typhimurium in the presence of dephostatin and colistin to isolate suppressor mutants. Genomic DNA was extracted and sequenced for variant calling analysis.
