Dataset - Assessing naturally acquired immune response and malaria treatment outcomes in Lagos, Nigeria

The study examined antibody responses against malaria<i> </i>and the influence on the efficacy of artemether-lumefantrine in Lagos, Nigeria. Plasma samples were collected prior to treatment from individuals presenting with uncomplicated malaria. Participants were stratified into early and late clearance groups. Luminex assay was used to profile antibody response specific to 21 malaria parasite antigens.Ethical approval was obtained from the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research, Nigeria.
