Replication data for Recent dynamics and trends of landbird populations on Saipan, Northern Marianas Islands

SAIP18_dv.R includes R code to run reverse symmetry capture-recapture models using JAGS and R package \"jagsUI\" based on capture histories of 5 bird species from 6 sites on Saipan, Northern Marianas Islands. Capture histories for the years 2008-2018 are provided in data file \"ch.csv\". Covariate data are included in \"ecov.csv\" (standardized effort) and \"int.csv\" (interval length).
