Excel file (.xls) containing 5 sheets: 1. "ADHS" (N=675): each row contains one ADHD-related doctor-patient consultation (multiple entries per doctor) 2. "APK" (N=8427): each row contains the number of total consultations per doctor per week of the year 2012 (multiple entries per doctor) 3. "Suppl. Questionnaire" (N=167)): data of the supplementary questionnaire given in 2013. Each row gives the answers of one doctor (only one entry per doctor). The sample is not the same, but overlaps with that of sheet "ADHS" 4. "Variable description (German)": self-explanatory 5. "Variable description (English)": self-explanatory
