connectivity matrices

Matlab files containing the connectivity matrices describing the density of connections between 83 brain regions as well as the delay time between regions. There are 24 files (8 subjects and 3 scans per subject), each with 2 variables: "connectivity_density_matrix" and "delay_matrix". These matrices were used to run the simulations described in the text of the manuscript.
