The data comes from the results of monitoring water and sediments in the simulation experiment of sea ice freezing and melting. There are 4 tables in the dataset. The first table is environmental factors, with a total of 8 rows and 21 columns, which contains the monitoring data and standard deviation results of various environmental factors under different sea ice thicknesses. Among them, TEMP is water temperature, pH is water pH, DO is water dissolved oxygen, wNH4+ is water ammonia nitrogen concentration, wNO3- is water nitrate concentration, wNO2- is water nitrite concentration, sNH4+ is sediment ammonia nitrogen concentration, sNO3- is sediment nitrate concentration, sNO2- is sediment nitrite concentration, DOC is water dissolved organic carbon concentration, and DIC is water dissolved inorganic nitrogen concentration.The second table is the nitrogen conversion rate, which has 8 rows and 7 columns, and contains the monitoring data and standard deviation results of sediment nitrogen conversion rate under different sea ice thicknesses. Among them, PNIT is the nitrification rate, D14 is the denitrification rate, and A14 is the anaerobic ammonium oxidation rate.The third table is gene abundance, with 22 rows and 18 columns, which contains the monitoring data and standard deviation results of the abundance of various functional genes under different sea ice thicknesses. From the 2nd column to the 10th column, they are nirK, nirS, nosZ, narG, Anammox 16S rRNA, AOA- amoA, AOB- amoA, norB and 16S rRNA genes. From the 11th column to the 18th column, they are the abundance ratios of the above genes to the 16S rRNA gene.The fourth table is nitrogen removal flux, which has 9 rows and 5 columns, and contains the fluxes of different nitrogen removal forms in the estuary at different periods. The first column is the period, the second column is input and removal, the third column is ammonia nitrogen flux, the fourth column is nitrate and nitrite flux, and the fourth column is inorganic nitrogen flux.
