Comparative studies of ploidy Brassica rapa species.. Brassia rapa

Different ploidy level in plants has previous been assessed microscopically to determined the number of chromosomes in cells or estimated by using flow cytometry (FCM) techniques. All such techniques allowed researchers to determine the differences between ploidy samples. However, few research on B.rapa ploidy samples have been investigated to determine the changeable level of gene expression affected by meiosis and other processes in the different sets in comparison to parental counterparts. Thus, this study aim to determine the change in meiosis , effects on signal transduction pathways and change in phenotypic traits on different ploidy sets in Brassica rapa plants.
