通过精细化分析基层警务接待数据,可用于评估警务接待效率和警务人员的工作负荷,从而帮助合理调配警力资源,优化工作流程,缓解基层警务接待和治理压力,为警力资源的长期规划和配置提供决策支持,促进警务服务质量提升。
1.数据采集:从百应客户互动智能体(CEA)的系统后台数据库中提取警务接待人数、接待次数、平均会话时长、问题识别数等数据;
2.数据处理:
接待人数 = count(进入客户互动智能体的用户id去重)
接待次数 = sum(进入客户互动智能体的次数)
接收消息数量(条) = sum(用户在客户互动智能体中发送并被成功接受的消息条数)
人均接待次数(条) = 接待次数 /接待人数
人均消息数量(条) = 接收消息数量(条) /接待人数
会话总时长(秒) = sum(用户在客户互动智能体中停留的总时长)
平均会话时长(秒) = 会话总时长(秒)/接待次数
问题识别数 = sum(接收消息中被系统成功识别会回答的条数)
问题识别率 = 问题识别数/接收消息数量(条)
3.数据应用:通过接待人数、次数,结合时间分布,采用数据可视化、超阈值自动告警推送等方式,帮助评估警务接待效率和警务人员的工作负荷,合理调配警力资源,优化工作流程,缓解基层警务接待和治理压力,为警力资源的长期规划和配置提供决策支持。
Fine-grained analysis of grassroots police reception data can be used to evaluate police reception efficiency and the workload of police officers, thereby facilitating the rational allocation of police resources, optimizing work processes, alleviating the pressure of grassroots police reception and governance, providing decision support for long-term planning and deployment of police resources, and promoting the improvement of police service quality.
1. Data Collection: Extract data including the number of police reception visitors, number of receptions, average session duration, and number of recognized questions from the backend database of the Baiying Customer Interaction Agent (CEA) system.
2. Data Processing:
- Number of Reception Visitors = count(distinct user IDs entering the Customer Interaction Agent)
- Number of Receptions = sum of the times users enter the Customer Interaction Agent
- Number of Received Messages (count) = sum of the number of messages sent by users in the Customer Interaction Agent and successfully accepted
- Average Receptions Per Visitor = Number of Receptions / Number of Reception Visitors
- Average Messages Per Visitor = Number of Received Messages (count) / Number of Reception Visitors
- Total Session Duration (seconds) = sum of the total duration of user stays in the Customer Interaction Agent
- Average Session Duration (seconds) = Total Session Duration (seconds) / Number of Receptions
- Number of Recognized Questions = sum of the number of messages in received messages that were successfully recognized and answered by the system
- Question Recognition Rate = Number of Recognized Questions / Number of Received Messages (count)
3. Data Application: By combining the number and frequency of receptions with time distribution, and adopting methods such as data visualization and automatic alarm push for threshold exceedances, the system can help evaluate police reception efficiency and police officers' workload, rationally allocate police resources, optimize work processes, alleviate the pressure of grassroots police reception and governance, and provide decision support for long-term planning and deployment of police resources.
