60 subjects underwent body composition analysis and tested lymphocyte, albumin, lipid, and thyroid hormone levels. The 30 sarcopenia subjects underwent a 3-month intensive lifestyle intervention program. At the end of the intervention, we rechecked the bioindicators again.
